Computational engineering, a method for improving work environments.

As automation specialists, our stream of consciousness highly reflects the urge to use technological methods such as computational engineering.

By combining virtual prototyping and AI algorithms to design prefab components, we create a higher level of safety, an increase in assembly speed, a low number of reinforcement types, and lower manufacturing costs.

CN3 conducted the method at the NS20 project in cooperation with ZÜBLIN A/S & STRABAG. Heavy reinforcement was built into prefab cages which ensured no heavy lifts by hand, a controlled mounting environment with good working positions and assembly speed close to 1,5 mh/ton.

A good and safe working environment is the extended value of computational engineering and prefabrication.
